Free Maha Arogya Shibir and Blood Donation Camp’ organized by social organization ‘Ekata Manch’ ended successfully

Like every year, also this year, a huge ‘Free Maha Arogya Shibir, Cancer Screening and Blood Donation Camp’ was organized by Shri Ajay Kaul, President of Social Organization ‘Ekata Manch’ on April 14, 2022 at Children Welfare Center High School Ground, Yari Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai. Over 150 different types of doctors participated and thousands of patients were examined. In this camp, eye examination and distribution of glasses, blood test, children and women related diseases, dental examination, skin disease, ear, nose, throat, ECG, cancer test, Ayurvedic treatment, etc. were made free of charge. At the same time, a blood donation camp was also held. Doctors from Nair Hospital, Cooper Hospital, Sion Hospital and a few private doctors also participated.

All the doctors and guests who came on this occasion were honored by Shri Ajay Kaul. Ajay Kaul, chairman of social organization “Ekata Manch,” said, “The organization has been providing all kinds of relief for operations to those who are poor and needy by running such camps continuously for 15 years. medical could not be organized for 2 years in between during the Corona epidemic, but a lot of medical help was given, including a blood donation camp, the distribution of disinfectants and medicines, a vaccination campaign, food donation, hospitalization, provision of ambulance and oxygen facilities, etc. costs to people by the organization.

“Children Welfare Center High School Activities Director Prashant Kashid said, “In 2007, a young Saugat child was brought to Nepal by his parents, he was suffering from cancer. He and Ajay ji were undergoing treatment while he was living with Ajay sir. He was so attached to him that he used to introduce him to people as his son. Unfortunately, he passed away after 8 months. Since then, in his memory, we organize such big camps, through which if someone has any disease, then it could be detected and treated in time.” Ajay Kaul, Prashant Kashid, Kishori Pendnekar, Ashok Bhau Jadhav, Shailesh Phadse , Bala Ambedkar, Dr Zahir Ghazi, Yakub Memon, Dr Roshan Sheikh, Altaf Khan, Raghunath Kulkarni, Siraj Inamdar, Pratima Khopde, Shailesh Mohite, etc. together made the program successful.
