Dr. Sandra Seno-Alday is a Lecturer at the University of Sydney Business School, where she is Director of the High Achievers Program. Expanding his experience in strategy consulting and organizational development, his academic and industrial research explores global dynamics, international corporate governance, risk and sustainability.

Prior to embarking on an academic career, Sandra consulted with a wide range of medium and large companies, specializing in international business development and organizational development. In the area of ​​international business development, his consulting assignments were primarily aimed at informing clients’ strategic business expansion efforts in Southeast Asia, and included risk assessments, market attractiveness studies, competitive analysis and business feasibility analyses. In the area of ​​organizational development, Sandra’s consultancy assignments focused on helping companies design their organizational structure and processes and implementing human resource management systems to support the implementation of overall corporate strategies. ‘business.
